Only One Week Until Release!

Buns and Poops is now just one week away from release!

This past week has been all about promotion, promotion, promotion… with most of my time consumed by PR activities.

Feature introduction videos for the app should be going up on Instagram and X almost every day.

Buns and Poops is difficult to explain in words, so the strategy is to create as many opportunities as possible for people to see what it actually is. I would like to improve the video quality further, but with only one body to work with, compromises are unavoidable. Polishing the app itself is also important.

Since I felt that our reach in English-speaking regions was weak, I asked on Instagram for recommendations on where to send press releases. This made sense because most of my followers there are international. That is what the image at the beginning shows:

As a result, I received a lot of useful information. Thanks!

An English version of the press release is also ready, so I plan to send it to several outlets based on the advice I received. If it leads to good results, I may share what I learn.

Following the recommendations, I also created a Reddit account (u/flufflop877).

We originally wanted the username u/flufflop, but someone had already taken it, and it seems that account was later banned… What a waste!
